15. Genthru
Genthru is the leading villain in the Greed Island arc. He was the leader of the bomber group with the other members of the bomb squad, Sub and Bara.
Because he was a Conjurer, he could channel his explosive aura into little but dangerous bombs. He also has immense strength and high combat skills, as seen in his fight with Gon in the Greed Island Arc.
Initially, he joins with many players to monopolize defense spell cards, allowing offense spell cards to be used to steal other people’s cards. Gon Freecss eventually defeated him in a tough battle.
14. Uvogin
Even after having a minor role in the anime, Uvogin left an impact on the viewers with his immense strength and sharp reflexes.
He is considered the strongest of the infamous phantom troupe members, and even though he is well capable of fighting alone, he becomes more powerful when fighting with a partner. He was able to finish off all the shadow beasts without much difficulty.
Uvogin was seen in the Yorknew City arc and was one of the foes of Kurapika due to his connection with the Phantom Troupe as a previous member.

13. Shizuku
Shizuku is a villain who is commonly misconstrued as an innocent girl, although she is not. She is the Phantom troupe’s eighth member and a Conjurer with Nen abilities.

She can siphon blood from living victims and uses her Nen abilities to remove any evidence her gang may have left behind.

12. Shalnark
Shalnark was a major antagonist in Hunter x Hunter. He was a founding member and one of the earliest members of the Phantom Troupe.
Shalnark is one of the group’s most intelligent and quick-thinking members, capable of managing the computer and getting information while also acting as the brains behind the brawn.
Shalnark, as a Hunter, also has the ability to gain access to knowledge that may be useful in the Genei Ryodan.
He might look innocent and gullible but seeing him with other members of Genei Ryodan will make you think otherwise.
11. Jed (Movie: The Last Mission)
He appears solely in the The Last Mission movie, portraying the main adversary. Jed is a competent fighter who can compete in hand-to-hand battles with incredibly strong opponents like Isaac Netero and easily overpower both Gon and Killua.
The Shadow’s supreme commander was Jed.
After witnessing his colleagues’ murders at the hands of Netero and experiencing so many miseries on Earth due to the Hunters, Jed became obsessed with his hatred for the Hunters. He thought that all Hunters were evil.
10. Machi
A member of the Phantom Troupe( a world-renowned gang of highly skilled bandits), Machi is one of the strongest female villains in the show and is a recurring character who can be seen in Heaven’s arena Arc, Yoknew City Arc, Green Island Arc, and Succession War Arc.
She also carries a cold personality that might intimidate people and was one of the first troupe members to be introduced in the show.
She is a Transmuter and has the power to make threads that can be used to mend the open wounds and even reconnect dismembered limbs swiftly.

9. Menthuthuyoupi
Menthuthuyoupi (Youpi) is the Chimera Ant King’s youngest Royal Guard. He is the most powerful of the three royal guards and the only character(antagonist) who is a non-human hybrid.
Having been developed from magical beast genes. Youpi’s ability allows him to modify his appearance and transform his wrath into pure destructive power.

Pariston is only a minor role in the Succession Contest arc but has made his name one of the most prominent members of the villain community.
