17. Garlic Jr
Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone (Movie)
Garlic Jr. is the main antagonist in the Dragon Ball Z movie, Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone. Despite being defeated in the movie, he can also be seen making an appearance in the Garlic Jr. saga.
He wanted to unite with the Dragon Balls to get the wish of immortality fulfilled so that by replacing Kami, he could become the king of the earth. However, defeating him was not at all an easy game.
